Role Overview
As a Production Assistant at Ranot Artisan Group, you will be an essential part of our chocolate and pastry production team. You will work alongside skilled artisans, learning the craft while contributing to a premium product experience our customers trust.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support
Assist the production team in crafting high-quality chocolates and pastries under professional guidance.
Batching & Preparation
Precisely measure, weigh, and organize ingredients for production batches according to established recipes.
Packaging & Quality Control
Carefully pack finished products in premium packaging, ensuring aesthetic presentation and delivery readiness.
Workplace Hygiene
Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards to ensure a food-safe environment at all times.
Tool & Equipment Handling
Handle delicate kitchen tools and machinery with care — cleaning and storing properly after each use.
Operational Support
Support daily logistics and operational tasks to ensure a smooth production flow from start to finish.
Requirements & Compliance
Safety & Sanitation
- Mandatory use of hairnets, gloves, and aprons during all production activities
- Careful operation of all machinery and safe handling of sharp and hot equipment
- Proper ingredient storage to eliminate risks of cross-contamination
- Maintain a clutter-free, accident-proof workspace for the safety of the entire team
Candidate Profile
Attitude
Honest, punctual, and highly disciplined — we value character above all.
Education
Minimum SSC or equivalent qualification.
Experience
Previous kitchen, bakery, or packing experience is a plus — freshers are highly encouraged.
Training
Comprehensive professional training will be provided to all selected candidates.
